- New York
Wineries was one of the prototypes conducted at the first Odyssey
workshop held in August 1999.
- On the
Road is a pioneering virtual journey to Rochester New York, "Image
Capital of the World" represents the perceptions of four members of the group
gained over two journeys between Ithaca, NY and Rochester, the city in which
George Eastman transformed photography from a craft to an industry.
- From fatal shore
to red centre: repositioning Aboriginal Australia draws on
the experiences of the decade spent by the author in Australia by linking
diverse aboriginal and migrant views of the Australian experience.
- Foot and Mouth
disease in the U.K was developed during the 2001 outbreak which
cause widespread devastation across Britain.
- Recovering
identity: a Scots 'pilgrimage' is the collective product of the
physical journey of two Scottish-based Professors of Transport and the shadow
journey through Scottish cyberspace of two virtual companions at an Odyssey
Group workshop.
- Ironbridge Gorge: Visible Learning provides an historical
example of technology transfer and learning.
- Township Transport is a resource or tool kit which will
further participative planning and organisation of transport in South African
townships.
- Africa Links provides access to the full set of
Africa-related resources developed by the Odyssey Group.
- Movement at the Margins applies the techniques developed
in Africa to a U.K. setting
- Townsville Transport was developed as a companion to
Township Transport to explore issues of transportation, access and
exclusion in Australia that mirror or contrast with those prevailing in South
Africa and elsewhere.
- Tatra Transport completes the trio of transport related
sites as a repository of practice - good and bad - from around the globe.
- Brand Management at a Distance explores the issue of
intellectual property and the separation of design and production in the Free
Trade Zones of southern China.
- Hong Kong Transport explores the dynamics between density
and transport provision, including the public health dynamics revealed by the
SARS outbreak
in East Asia.
- Chennai Travels represents the beginning of an on-line collaboration
between the Open University Business
School, U.K. and the Academy for
Management Excellence, Chennai, India.
